OPEN FROM MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY

NO TRESPASSING

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY

1. Pool us is exclusively for Tyler’s Landing HOA members & their accompanied guest(s)
2. Persons 16 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older)
3. A resident must be present with his/her guest(s)
4. The Homeowner’s Association is not responsible for accidents, injury, or loss of personal items. Persons using the pool area do so at their own risk.
5. Diving or flips from side of pool are not allowed.
6. No horseplay in the pool or pool area, including but not limited to running, rough play and foul language.
7. No eating, drinking, or smoking in the pool area. Food and drinks must be contained on the pool deck. BBQs are NOT allowed in the pool area.
8. No Sharp objects, glass containers or bottles in the pool area.
9. No pets allowed in the pool or pool area.
10. Only inflatables water toys will be allowed in the pool.
11. Babies and toddlers must wear swim diapers when using the pool.
12. No electrical equipment is allowed in the pool or pool area. Battery operated electronics are allowed in the pool.
13. KEEP GATE CLOSED AND LOCKED AT ALL TIMES
14. Please pick up after yourself
15. Violating pool rules can result in the loss of pool privileges.
16. Residents with covenant violations and/or delinquent dues will not have pool privileges.
17. Vandalizing or property or equipment will be prosecuted.
